Chef Roberto is respected on the island, and Augustine has specialized in coconut-based dishes such as the famous « flan » and the excellent punch.
Together, they will take you on a journey of discovery. The flavours and perfumes of their country permeate the local and exotic dishes.
You will experience lobster , crab, fish, octopus and zebu but also bread fruit, manioc, papaya and local herbs, culled on the island.
All of this takes place in the inviting setting of our restaurant, which consists of numerous small rooms and intimate corners.
